Welcome to CeylonVoy. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
CeylonVoy is a Sri Lanka-based travel company offering:

Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Your itinerary has been accepted
- The required deposit or full payment (where applicable) has been received
- You receive a written confirmation from CeylonVoy
Prices
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency
- Prices may change before booking confirmation due to supplier price changes, taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, or government-imposed charges
- Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain unchanged unless you request modifications
Payment
Payments may be made through approved payment methods offered by CeylonVoy. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- The remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement date as advised during the booking process
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess:
- A valid passport
- Required visas
- Travel insurance (recommended)
- Vaccination or health documents where required
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Personal accidents
- Trip cancellation
- Lost baggage
- Personal belongings
- Travel delays
Changes by the Traveller
If you wish to change your itinerary after confirmation:
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request
- Additional costs from hotels, transport providers, or attractions may apply
- Changes are subject to availability
Changes by CeylonVoy
Occasionally, we may need to modify an itinerary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Natural disasters
- Supplier availability
Cancellation by the Traveller
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Certain reservations (such as hotels, flights, or attraction tickets) may be non-refundable depending on supplier terms.
Cancellation by CeylonVoy
We reserve the right to cancel a booking where:
- Payment has not been received
- Required information has not been provided
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the tour from operating
- Safety or legal reasons require cancellation
Force Majeure
CeylonVoy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Acts of terrorism
- Industrial disputes
- Transportation disruptions
Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers agree to:
- Follow local laws and regulations
- Respect local customs and culture
- Follow safety instructions provided by guides or chauffeurs
- Behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and local communities
Health & Fitness
Some activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness.
Travellers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility requirements, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation.
Liability
CeylonVoy acts as a tour operator and coordinator for services provided by hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties
- Airline schedule changes
- Lost or stolen personal belongings
- Personal injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Events caused by force majeure
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images (unless otherwise credited), text, graphics, videos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to CeylonVoy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
